Winter Shows 2019

I have a busy winter (well technically it is fall) season ahead and with no longer being at year round local markets I am basically hitting each city once. So don’t miss me and be sure to come say hi!

If you can’t make it the online shop is always open and I’ll do my best during the shows to keep it up to date. Don’t hesitate to email me either. Always happy to help.

OCTOBER

DECEMBER

Like every year any exchanges after Christmas need to be contacted through email within 7 days of Dec 25th in order for sizing to be exchanged. After this time we are away from the studio on winter break so only exchanges can only be for items in stock and there could be long waits or delays.

See you out there.

Birthday SALE

We didn’t have a Boxing Day sale, but instead we are having a double birthday sale. Baron turned 10 and I postponed my 35th birthday because it falls on one of my busiest making weekends before the winter season, so I just redo it 3 months later.

So to celebrate we have TONS of deals going on. We already have a big clear out of older stock with prices already marked down, but use CODE: BDAYSALE to get an addition 10% off your whole purchase … yes even off the already on sale items. Making items between 10% – 35% off!

Sale will run until Jan 24th so don’t miss out.
Happy shopping!

2018 Wrap Up!

Well seems I’m a little bit behind posting this, but back to getting caught up.

2018 was a very different year for me. I spent the beginning of the year taking a break after damaging my wrist from the crazy winter season before and did my best to manage my time properly so I never spent long periods straining it while screening. I admit at times I failed because of professional procrastination leaving me no choice but to push through.

Then once summer rolled around big changes happened with my mom, who was helping me at my markets, taking a promotion at her job (yeah) and moving back to Calgary (boo). I decided it was best to just cut back on markets and left City Market DT which I’d been at for almost 10 years. It was a tough call but with my wrist and a focus to manage work/life balance was the right call.

Then winter season came and I was basically MIA. I had cut back my winter shows after knowing I needed to take winter easy, but it became one of my toughest winter seasons with Baron becoming very sick after a surgery. I had to cancel a major show last minute and staff others (thank you Lisa) since I couldn’t be there and needed to be with him. To say my head wasn’t in the game was a complete understatement. He needed my focus and I’m so thankful and happy he made a full recovery.

So to sum 2018 up … well it can shove it. I have so much to be thankful for and things could have been a lot worse, but I’m happy to move on and into 2019 with fresh eyes and a fresh start!

In all the blah a lot of really amazing things were started and got put on hold. I’m excited to pick them back up and show you all my fun plans and new products!

Whiteout is turning 10 this year!!!!!!!!!! … and I’m currently out in the mountain ironically planning my summer line and designing. Yes!

If you’re still reading this, I thank you for all your support and love. Bring on 2019!

Online Shipping

As we all have heard Canada Post has been going through rotating strikes for the past number of week, but what does that mean for shipping on your orders?

We’ve given you a few new shipping options that will appear when you check out. Many items we do offer free shipping, this includes the scarves, coin purses and all of our tees and tank tops. Free shipping is offered and is shipped through Canada Post, which we’ve found to still be moving along, but with a few delays depending on where the rotating strikes are happening. Taking this free option we of course will ship in a timely manner, but as you can imagine the timing of that delivery is out of our control. Please only use this option if you are willing to take the risk.

We also offer a flat rate shipping on all our prints and long sleeves, which varies between $12 – $16. This flat rate option is also through Canada Post, but is sent expedited and offers tracking. Canada Post no longer guarantees delivery on specific days, but this tracking does let you see the movement of your package, which again we can’t guarantee.

I have just added the option of Purolator as a shipping option at a flat rate of $18*. This option although the most expensive not only offers you tracking, but is also a guaranteed service. So there is no guessing if your order will arrive before Christmas … it will. Plus something you’ll love … all orders over $125 I’ll cover the shipping and send it purolator for free for you. My gift for your patience during this Canada Post online ordering fun.

* Please note we can not ship Purolator to PO Box #s and this flat rate only applies to major cities and towns. If you are not sure just send me a message through the Contact Page.

As always I thank you for all your support and if you aren’t sure about any delivery or wondering the best option I am always happy to help.

Happy Shopping!!!
